Dr. Baumgartner was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida majoring in Biomedical Sciences and received her Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University.
Dr. Baumgartner is married to fellow intern Dr. Christian Albarus Baumgartner and is excited to be part of the inaugural class together. She is happy to be living in Gainesville, Georgia close to her family in Hayesville, North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, running and drawing. She hopes to create her own short comic one day.
