Dr. Malik graduated from medical school in 2007. He completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and practiced as an internist at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD for two years. Then he decided to pursue further training and completed Sleep Medicine Fellowship at the University of Illinois in Chicago, IL, Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship at Harlem Hospital in New York and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York, NY.
His current professional interests are COPD, asthma, interstitial lung diseases, lung cancer screening and managing patients recovering from COVID.
